The Terms You Should Know Before Booking
Our promise to you - we know dogs are part of the family which is how this service was born, We therefore want to provide the best possible care whilst chaperoning your dog, we will plan the day with you in line with your dog's personality and needs so that on your day, you can include them in a stress-free way making your day even more memorable.
The health and wellbeing of your dog is extremely important to us at Four Paws - we have completed our dog first aid training however if your dog requires urgent medical attention, we will seek advice from both your vet and the vet local to your venue and their fees will fall to you to pay for and are not included in the quotation fee. We will of course endeavour to contact you first, but if we cannot, then we must make that decision at that time in the best interests of your dog.
Flea/vaccinations - we would politely request that all dogs are free from fleas and are up to date with their vaccinations.

Our Quotations are valid for 14 days only

We will send you out our contract for you to read, approve, sign and return - you will have the right to cancel our services up to 14 calendar days after the day on which we have received your signed contract agreement.
We will require a 50% deposit to secure your date with the remaining balance payable 1 month before your wedding date - we will send you an invoice with our bank payment details. If you cancel after booking and more than 60 days before your wedding, we will refund any funds minus the 50% deposit.
Once we have received your signed contract and have paid the deposit your date will become secure in our diary
Our Service commences by us coming to your home or to an agreed location to meet you and your pet in person. As part of our service, we have a 'get to know you' meeting leading up to your big day.
If you require additional face to face 'get to know you' sessions or walks with your dog this can be organised at an additional charge.
We will keep in contact with you before the wedding and will text/Whatsapp you during our chaperoning service to let you know for peace of mind that your dog is okay - this is all part of our service.
